To further strengthen quality management and supervision,Quality Management Department organized a quality activity from Jun.25th,2013 to Jul.24th,2013 to strengthen all staffs quality awareness.This activity is Focus on Creating strong atomosphere for Quality Activity Month,Special Check for Quality and Quality Education.Some problems for standard document,operation execution and production site are found durintg this activity,which needs continous improvement in future jobs.

During this activity,the further investigation for standardization and operation execution ability is made,which provides foundation for future improvement. The training for Five Principle by Vice Manager Luo ,especially the mentality and resolution method in Five Principle inspired all the staffs and clear the direction to resolve problems.

In the end,the general manager Qu delivered important speech and gave guidance for later jobs:1 It is necessary to form good habits during wokring and processing 2 be strict with staffs in working and be concerned with tthem in life 3 Quality is the life for an enterprise and Only all the staffs take part in the quality activity,our enterprise has the vitality and vigor to establish a better living environment for them. Vice manager Luo points outed from three perspectives:1 Quality Management Department together with Manugacturing Section one discuss and check the quality problems found in this quality activity.2 Establish QA chain for quality management system 3.Hope each department specifies process,make check before shift(including confirmation for good parts),feedbacks for NG and management for changed process.
